RecordPoint Power BI Connector Delivers Impressive Data Visualisation Dashboards

Dec 11, 2018 | Office 365, RecordPoint

With the recent release of the Records365 Power BI Data Connector, records management professionals can now view rich visual analytics and reports on their Records365 data. Not only does the integration of these two platforms provide actionable insights, it also increases the scope of information available to users by providing the ability to display information not present in Records365.

In this short video you will see how the Power BI dashboard is populated with records data from your organisation, and how this dashboard can be customised based on your requirements. All graphs and data visible on the dashboard can be drilled down to the file level and the dashboard can be extended by uploading your own data and customising how this is displayed.

By using Microsoft Power BI to visualise and better understand records management data, organisations are able to make more informed decisions in addition to reducing their compliance risk and enhancing governance.
