What our clients have to say.
“Michelle is a fantastic trainer, engaging, patient, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. It was of benefit that she had an understanding of where we are going, allowing her to tailor responses relevant to us and provide explanations for our setting. It was also great that she allowed us as a team, to have discussions where issues or points came up.”

“Raelene was the perfect person for this training – she knew where we were coming from and had a good idea of where we wanted to go. Her local government background is invaluable, and the value of her practical experience with recordkeeping in Office 365 cannot be overstated!”

“Michelle knew the application and delivered the content with humour which was entertaining.”
“The Quick Reference Guides are a good resource. Both days were structured well to cover the required information. There was never any point where it felt like we were rushing or had to skip components because we’d got behind schedule, even with all the questions and discussions held.”
